We refer to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions! The accommodation contract is generally formed through the acceptance of the guest´ s written or verbal order by the accommodation provider. The landlord is obliged to make the room available and also the guest is obliged to follow his consent to take the room. Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms/guest house services, he is under the obligation to pay the accommodation provider the agreed payment amount.

The reservation is guaranteed through a deposit of three days per person and per booking and a confirmation in written form about the receipt of the deposit from the landlord. A travel withdrawal insurance is recommended.
